Industrial cloth is a filter medium woven from fiber and synthetic fiber, which is mainly used for solid liquid separation and industrial dust removal.

Synthetic fibers mainly include polypropylene fiber, polyester fiber, nylon fiber, and Vinon fiber. Among them, polyester fiber and polypropylene fiber are commonly used. The separation of solid fluid is the main method. There are different precautions when applying different devices when applying different devices, divided into the following six categories:

1. Precautions for strip filters:

① Correctly measure the required filter cloth length (including the length of the connector).

(2) When sewing, we must ensure that the weft gauze at both ends overlap or parallel to prevent the filter cloth from running.

③ Pay attention to the operation direction of the interface to avoid scrape blocking the filter cloth interface and damage the filter cloth or hinder the forward of the filter cloth.

2. Precautions for filter filters:

(1) When installing industrial filter cloth, ensure the flatness and fixing of some filter cloth on the board frame, so as not to damage the filter cloth when the plate frame is compressed due to the damage of the filter cloth.

② The time that the filter cake is attached to the filter cloth should not be too long, which will cause the deformed and drooping of the filter cloth.

③ When removing the filter cake, remove the filter cake along the direction of the filter cloth.

3. Labor (vertical strip filter) Note:

① Filter cloth requires thickness and strong tensile strength.

(2) The joints should ensure that the weft yarn at both ends overlap or parallel to prevent the filter cloth from running off.

③ Pay attention to the operation direction of the interface to avoid scrape blocking the filter cloth interface and damage the filter cloth or hinder the forward of the filter cloth.

4. Establishment disk (vertical disk) Note:

① The selected filter cloth should not be too thick, which is not conducive to sewing during the installation of the filter bag.

② The surface of the selected filter cloth should not be too smooth. Too smooth will form filter cakes, affecting production efficiency.

5. Precautions for bag dust collectors:

(1) Do not hang the filter cloth too loose or too tight. Too loose is easy to accumulate ash, too tight and easy to damage.

② Do not mix the old and old filter bags to avoid different time to affect the normal work of the equipment.

(3) Use the compressed air to replace the old filter bag first, and then check if there are holes. If there is a hole, wait for replacement. If the filter bag is blocked by the dust, rinse it with water, and dry it after drying.

6. Precautions for wooden headphones:

① When installing a black fungus filter bag, avoid hanging hard objects on the filter bag, so as not to damage the synthetic fiber and cause the filter bag for a short time.

② Stop when the thickness of the cake is appropriate, and then work after removing the cake, which can extend the service life of the filter bag.

③ When replacing the filter bag, do not pull the filter bag directly with a hard object to pull down. Pull up the auxiliary band of the sewing on the filter bag.

④ When removing the filter cake, the cake removal tool should be parallel to the filter cloth as much as possible to prevent damage to the filter bag.
